I’m writing to thank for doing such a great job with our pool. We couldn’t be happier with the way you handled things and, of course, we love the finished product. It is exactly what we wanted. We did considerable research before starting the project and that ultimately lead us to you. We met with several contractors from our area as well as Baton Rouge, trying to find a contractor who best fit the project.
From the contractors we heard comments like, “why do you want a saltwater pool?” to “Wow that’s a big pool, why do you need something that big.” As soon as my “BS” meter went off, I scratched them off the list. I knew that if a contractor was trying to talk me out of something as common as a saltwater pool and the size of the pool, then he wasn’t comfortable doing it. Immediately after my wife and I met with you, I told her we were going to have you build our pool. She commented that we didn’t even know how much you were going to charge. While that was true, we agreed having an experience contractor we could trust meant more than going with the cheapest price. I’m happy to say that our intuition was correct. As it turned out, you weren’t the cheapest but in the end it was worth it. You and your crews were very prompt, professional, and experienced.
On the few occasions when work was scheduled and crews weren’t able to make it, you gave us the straight scoop and it was appreciated. There was no “funny business” or hidden costs. The advice you gave us on picking out tile, coping, and plaster color was very helpful. In particular, the three dimensional drawings you provided us in the planning stages really helped us settle on what we wanted. Working with you was effortless. Feel free to use us as a reference any time.
