Dear Mike,
This letter is way overdue, but I wanted to be sure to let you know how happy I am with the beautiful pool that you built for me and my children. We use it all of the time and thoroughly enjoy having friends and family over in the back yard because it is now so conducive to entertaining.
Every part of the process, you made easy for me. From our very first meeting when you came to my home for a consultation, I was instantly at ease with you. Building a pool was a huge step for me to do by myself and you promised that day to be with me every step of the way, and you were. Your easy personality, zest for life, creative vision, knowledge, and reassurance made me sure on that first meeting that it was you who I wanted to build my pool.
I was not sure what I wanted in regards to style and shape, and after we talked and got to know each other, you suggested a New Orleans style pool would be a natural extension of the decor and feel from inside of my home. I was excited, and was then able to decide quickly on which pool I wanted, with a New Orleans feel as my reference point. You suggested I go pick out old brick from a brickyard to finish off the New Orleans look (even offering for your wife to go with me if I needed her to!) I was able to find the right style and color of brick and I picked out my exact pallet. Truly a labor of love!
All of your subs were very friendly and did quality work. When a small issue came up after they put the gunite around the hot tub, you had your guys out there right away to fix it. From "dig day", through rebar, gunite, brick-laying, and finally to plaster and water, it was all done very professionally. You even helped me out so much by referring me to your brother, Mark, for my travertine decking. It came out beautifully and he was a pleasure to work with as well. It must all run in the family!
Thank you, again, Mike for helping me with such a big project and carrying me through so easily. You are honest, knowledgeable, fair, creative and a pleasure to work with. I am so glad I chose you to be my pool builder!
