We felt it was necessary to write to you to express our sincerest thanks for an outstanding job with our pool. You were there to answer every question (and there were a lot of them!) through the entire process. As we learned, our backyard presented unique challenges and concerns. You were the only pool company that recognized these issues saving us from a potential disaster. You were willing to work with us extensively on the pool design because of the minimal space and it was because of that effort, we believe you were able to maximize the space and create a luxurious design.
We appreciate your honesty and it was obvious from the initial meeting that you were knowledgeable and took every pool project to heart. We also appreciated the constant updates on which crew was going to be at the house to work on the project. We were never left wondering what was going on. All of your guys were very professional and helped us understand the process as it was unfolding. They took the time to work with us on any adjustments and even offered suggestions when necessary.
