I highly recommend Oasis Pools. Mike Sr, Mike Jr, and Nick were all a pleasure to do business with. I really like how the whole family is involved. I appreciate how prompt and knowledgeable you guys are with everything. The process was smooth from start to finish and all timelines were met. I couldn’t believe how fast they transformed my backyard.
Communication is their strong suit. I knew step by step what to expect next. They are organized and fulfill promises. I had a concern about placement of the pump on a Saturday, it was relocated on Sunday. Truly remarkable work ethic.
The design and layout is exactly what I envisioned. They are great listeners and can transform an idea into a masterpiece. I added the chiller and heat pump to my package. They set proper expectations and have since asked me for feedback about it.
I feel that the equipment that they used is high quality and very energy efficient.
